Application process
1. The applicants ask for application form from internet , or send email, to get the application form.(http://ccsfu.admissions.cn)
2. Filling out the application form, and having physical examination in the appointed hospital.
3. The College for International Students will send The Application Form for International Students and Physical Examination Record of Foreigners at the request of a qualified applicant.
4. After receiving the returned The Application Form for International Students and copy of Physical Examination Record (including all the testing reports, the College will issue a JW202 (visa application form) and the Admission Notice to the applicant.
5. Having physical examination in the appointed hospital，with Physical Examination Record (including all the testing reports), Admission Notice, JW202, the applicant may apply an X visa or F visa at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate.
Note:
You could choose physical examination either in China or in abroad. For those who only take the short-term program don't need physical examination.
